1. Cut-off times as same day dispatch
This is the standard cut-off time that can guarantee same day dispatch but we do provide extra helps if you need urgent shipping on the day.
Australia Post Standard/Express: 4pm
Star Track: 2pm
Courier Please: 2pm
Please place order and paid by these times AEST (Monday to Friday except public holiday) your order will be dispatched via your selected freight method the same day. All order will be dispatched on the next business day if you paid after these times. Some stocks will need extra time to prepared / handled for proper shipping requirements, we will notify you at the earliest time if your order is out of stock or will be delayed in shipping. Please make sure you have the correct contact number on file.
2. For pick up orders at our showroom / warehouse
We open Monday - Friday: 10am - 5:pm except Public Holidays. For on site pick up, you must finished ordered and paid online with 1 hour in advanced so we can prepared you orders. Our pick up time is after 3pm, so please do no come before 3pm.
You may have to wait outside of our warehouse due to Covid 19 lockdowns.

4. To return faulty items
To speed up the process of RMA, please kindly check our stamps on the faulty items before sending them back as if you send the wrong items back you may have to pay postal fee and handling to post back to you.
Before sending faulty items back, check their physical conditions, if they are physically broken / ripped / bend / cracked they will not go thru RMA process
Put individual items in bubble wrap or as best to keep it in same condition while it got transported back to us. If we received them broken then they will not qualify for RMA
Do include original invoice for those faulty items, so we can credit you the correct money.
You will have 2 options, 1 is to collect store credits to use in next orders or 2 to exchange for another same item.
We will get back to you after the RMA is done. The standard time to process an RMA after we receive it is 5 working days. This may be extended due to Covid 19 situations.
5. To use store credit / Gift Cards / Vouchers
When you receive our store Gift Cards or Vouchers, you can enter them at check out and the balance will be updated. We do not have access to the Gift Card and Voucher, so if you may lost them please contact us to generate new ones.
6. Tracking for orders
When your orders are fulfilled, tracking number will be provided. You will receive notifications of the trackings.
In some cases, you may not receive them please do contact us for the tracking details.
