1. Try to place orders as early as you can before 1:00pm. Your order will be guaranteed to be dispatched on the same day.
2. For the orders we received between 1:00pm-2:00pm, we guaranteed that your phone parts order (Phone parts included: LCD screens, digitizer glasses, batteries, small flex cables) will be dispatched on the same day. All other accessories will depend on the volume of the orders we received on the day. We will try our best to dispatch everything.
3. For the order we received after 2:00pm. We still accept pick up orders. The warehouse will be closed at 5:30pm, please make sure that you call before you come to pick up your order.
4. Startrack Premium service cut off time is 1:00pm ( Mon-Fri business days). For any of the orders after 2:00pm, we will dispatch your order by the next business day.
5.Australia Post service cut off time is 2:00pm (Mon-Fri business day). For any of the orders after 2:00pm, we will dispatch your order by the next business day.
Shipping policy terms and condition
Repair Partners Wholesale & Retail will make the best effort to have the orders delivered to customers or its designated agent as agreed between the parties pursuant to the order on or before the estimated delivery date.
Repair Partners Wholesale & Retail is not liable for:
1. Any failure to deliver; or
2. Delay in delivery for any reason; or
3. Any damage or loss due to unloading or packaging; or except to the extent that such damage was caused by the negligent act or omission of Repair Partners Wholesale & Retail, including such damage to property caused upon entering premises to deliver the Goods.
4. You acknowledge that any delivery date prescribed under the order is an estimate of the expected delivery time and in any interpretation is not a guaranteed delivery time.
Lost or Damaged Item
In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please get in touch with us via our Contact Page.
If your order has taken longer than 28 Business days we will issue a refund.
Startrack and Australia Post require 15 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost. It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel.
1. Your item will be dispatched to the address used at check out.
2. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
3. We are not responsible for items you forget to collect in time from Australia Post. Item(s) returned to us will incur an additional fee for re-posting.
